According to a recent survey, sushi restaurants are the most popular with North Star students.. Some students also liked Italian places or other Asian restaurants. The two top-rated restaurants were The Old Spaghetti Factory and Sushi Plus.
The Old Spaghetti Factory is located in downtown Redwood City and they serve mainly pasta and salad.
”I like the fact that you can sit in a trolley car,” said Nickita, a 5th grader
Sushi Plus is a Japanese restaurant located in a Strip Mall it has reasonable price and friendly service. They serve sushi, teriyaki, and udon, they have a 4.5/5 stars review.
“I love the C1 Bento Box”, said Aiden, a 5th grader.
Vesta is by far one of the best restaurants in Redwood City.
It is located in downtown Redwood City next to LV mar. Vesta is Mrs. Desmas’s favorite restaurant.
“I love their Italian style of pizza,” she said.
Going to Vesta is definitely worth adding to your list of things to do.
“Vesta has the best pizza ever,” said Emma.
LV mar in Redwood City is one of the best Mexican restaurants in town It is very expensive but the cost is worth it.They are known for their chips with smoked salmon.
“The chips are very good,” said Ethan, a 6th grader
Located in the heart of Redwood City, Alana’s Cafe serves daily scones and coffee cake. “
I love the Alaskan scramble,” said Ms. Sitte. Alana’s Cafe is located in the Dielmann house which belonged to the Dielmann family and was built in 1874.
North Star families have plenty of delicious eateries to choose from!
