Marin Headlands is an annual 6th grade trip to a nature reserve about an hour away, west of the Golden Gate bridge. The trip is loved by many students, especially nature lovers.
“The Marin Headland trip was great!,” exclaimed Patrick, a sixth grader.
Hiking makes up most of the trip: it includes many activities such as rolling down an ice plant hill as well as many fun games. Another activity is singing songs and performing skits around the campfire.
The food options were lasagna, pasta, soft tacos, for dinner , scrambled eggs, potatoes, and french toast for breakfast. “The food was really good and the french toast was the best,” says Aarav.
In conclusion, the trip was very fun and was filled with exciting hikes, fun activities, and delicious food. “My favorite activity was definitely rolling down ice plant hill,” Riley says.
